The Frontline Leadership Bootcamp is a four-day essential leadership principle/tactics training that strengthens first and second level leaders in their ability to build trust, lead people, and complete the mission with minimal incident. Max class size: 15.

This 12-week experiential program, delivered through virtual, blended, and in-person channels, provides participants with relevant philosophy, key concepts, and foundational principles in leadership development. Intelligence learned in this program strengthens essential skills that optimize performance.
Our interactive programming inspires deep learning to ensure the transfer of relevant intelligence. Our group learning environment supports the practical application of concepts with real-world case studies. The curriculum design promotes respectiul debate and inspires engaging discussions about best practices to successfully apply learned intelligence.

CLASS DESIGN
THE 12-WEEK PROGRAM INCLUDES:
- Kick-off Meeting: a 2-day session.
- 10 2-3 hour virtual sessions.
- Independant and group class work throughout the 12-week timeframe.
- 2-day class to include: final lessons and certificate celebration.
